It’s spring break for us, and I’ve been happily working on getting more of our material out into the world. Writing music for this band has been a huge part of my identity, not very many people knew that for quite awhile. There are times when I feel like practically every decision I make and all my actions are based around the message of the music. My band mates and I had a great discussion about that a couple days ago before my bassist, Kyle left for Connecticut. Jonah and Justin (keyboards & drums respectively) and I have been together for a long time, and it’s crazy how foundations can be forgotten sometimes. It’s important to remember why we were doing what we’ve been doing, before more people learn about us only to find out that we don’t have anything important to say.
